It has been an interesting few months. I had the privilege of attending the IVAA Live Summit 2010 in Pheonix, Airizona where I met some of my long time “virtual” friends.

My big takeaway from the conference was the validation that I am doing what I am supposed to doing and gave me the courage to take it up a step and quit tiptoeing around.

If you are a VA and have never attended a Live conference you have no idea what it can do for you and your business. I thought since I am running a virtual business I could just mosey along on my own, attend virtual events (I’ll talk about them next!) and make it. But I was WRONG. Sharing laughter, hugs and ideas in person was incredibly motivating.
